Through customized and confidential consultation, our employment coaches help professional job-seekers land satisfying positions. Our experienced staff will help you move forward more quickly and effectively by showing you how to:

• develop and implement an effective job search plan, identifying obstacles to success and developing strategies to overcome them
• navigate the "hidden" job market where the vast majority of jobs are found
• create superb resumes and cover letters that will attract employers to you
• communicate your strengths in interviews
• evaluate job offers and successfully negotiate salary

Premier Employment Packages (PEP)

• Three one-on-one sessions with an employment coach
  • review your work history, job search strategies, self presentation ,resume
  • identify resources
  • develop a job search plan
• Six months ongoing phone and e-mail support
• Networking contacts through our Career Advisory Network (CAN)
• Job listings and/or employer referrals

• Two one-on-one sessions with an employment coach
• Other services same as PEP #1

GROUP OPTION:

Six weekly meetings, facilitated by a career counselor, in which team members, at any stage of a career transition, offer each other support, resources, and contacts, and hold each other accountable for working on their goals.

All package services must be completed within one year of initial package appointment
